SPINNING SESSIONS

This takes place at Wellsprings leisure centre on a weekly basis – Thursday 6pm-7pm.

Sessions start in Late October and run until mid-March.

We run indoor cycling sessions using 20 spin bikes, led by Nick Smith, our Head Coach and a qualified indoor group cycling instructor.

Unlike traditional spin classes, these sessions are structured specifically for triathlon training, focusing on developing speed endurance. Think of it as a turbo session set to music—designed to build fitness, resilience, and race-specific conditioning.

Participants are asked to pay upfront for the full season to secure a bike. However, if you’re unable to attend certain weeks, you’re welcome to sell your spot to another club member.
