Coached Pool Swimming

Coached Pool Swimming

Coached pool sessions run throughout the year.

We currently have 5 coached sessions held in 3 different pools in Taunton.

You need to become a member of our club to join the coached sessions (although you do not need to be a triathlete, many members only swim).  You can try two swim sessions before committing to membership.

Please email Pete to arrange a taster session.

If you decide to join the club then please follow this link to our membership database where you can also set up a monthly direct debit of £17.00 to pay for each swim session you choose to attend.

After you have registered please select the Payment tab at the top of the screen, all the swim sessions are listed under Courses.  You may need to scroll down to see the full list.  Select the swim session you wish to join and follow the payment instructions.

Kings College, South Rd, Taunton TA1 3LA (25m pool)

Enter the entrance opposite Huish college, keep going until you drop down into car park. The pool is straight ahead of you. As you walk down to the entrance you will see 3 cabins. We will need to change in these cabins ahead of you with the pool entrance on the right. The one on the left is for Men (Open) and the one in the middle is for Women. They should be open. Don't leave valuables in here as the doors won't be locked. You will likely use flip flops and some form of top to walk into the pool building. Leave your footwear inside the building at the entrance to the actual pool - you can take your top/towel inside and leave at poolside bench. At the end of the session reverse above instructions! Showers are in cabins

·      Sunday 17:15- 18:15 Coaches on a rota
